Situated with an area of 72,000 SQM at the Third Economy Development zone of Tong Zhejiang City, Tongxiang  Province, Hitec Glass Mirror Limited Company (Hitec), now hiring more than 500 employees and being equipped with an electrical  power capacity of 800KW, is a large-scale professional mirror manufacturing company, and established with an invested capital of USD$3 millions by Hiclin Group and Huain Industries Limited co LTO., who has owned 30 years of experience in vacuum coating in Taiwan.

HitecGreen Mirrors, the first of its kind in the world, is produced out of a Large-area In-line Magnetron Sputtering Vacuum Coating Machine( as shown in the photos) with a special sputtering process, which is different from conventional box type vacuum coating process.

Utilizing the-state-of the-art vacuum coating and opto-electronic control technologies, the new magnetron sputtering process, without causing heavy metal pollutions during production and in the mirror products, can be used to produce new mirrors products that have multiple coated layers, and to thoroughly gets rid of quality defects that are commonly seen on those mirrors made by box type vacuum coaters.

Meanwhile, in light of serious environment pollutions caused by conventional chemical slivering process, and disposal of mirrors made so, Hitec’s innovative and environmentally friendly non-lead mirror manufacturing process will revolutionalize the mirror industry, and make a significant contribution to the global environment protection.
